Wait I'm confused I thought derek was being written off the show and now he's back?
Apart from the sarcasm.. lets say he is gay.. that should not be a good reason for him to leave the show :p perhaps he cheated with someone we already know.. endless conclusions....
the actor playing Derek asked to be written off, just like Christina's character did. He's tired of playing the character, and Shonda is just giving him what he wants. They need someway to get rid of him while keeping meredith.
This is exactly why divorcing someone and then remarrying someone else does not work. The reason for this is because if the man and or women isn't/wasn't faithful to their first spouse, what in the world makes you think he or she is going to be faithful to you? A lot of people do not even realize this because they think that as long as you love each other you won't ever get cheated on and that it's OK to divorce and then remarry someone thinking the first person I married just wasn't meant to be.
The excuse is we just grew apart or we just want different things now then when we did when we first got married. This is the sad truth to our society today and so many people waste their entire lives thinking that they can still be happy with someone they really do love and who they think really does love them back when the truth is they can never love you when they won't even keep their vows to the first person they thought they loved. This is merely from a logical standpoint.
.Derek left Addison because the marriage got hard? Not because she was screwing his best friend for months? Bitch. I've hated Mer for the last 2seasons so I hope to GOD he's found a decent woman who isn't in to games and trying to beat everyone. Mer only got married and had kids to try and prove she wasn't Ellis and she was better than Cristina...but in fact she is worse than Ellis. She's a horrible woman, wife and mother.
all she is, is a good doctor.Most people don't even realize again how this issue that threatens our society today does not even really have to do with religious law or teachings because if you just think about this logically then you know that this person you think loves you, really can't love you when they said they loved their first spouse and then decides to cheat on them and then divorces them. If most people realized this, there probably wouldn't be so many people getting divorces and thinking they finally found the person they truly love. If you don't mean to death do us part when you say it to your first spouse, then what makes you think that when they say the same thing to you on your wedding day that they are actually going to keep their vow to you when they didn't keep that same exact vow to their first spouse?
So just speaking from a logical standpoint, divorce never really works the way you and or most people thinks it does. And this show from the very beginning and tonight's episode clearly shows how what comes around really does go around. I can't even think of a better way how this shows my point I just explained.
This is BullShonda Rhimes, the show is getting to costly so they cut him loose. Ugh he would never cheat, his first divorce was way different miscarriage, she cheated, and the relationship went to hell. He has it all with Meredith. They should not write him off like this, I'm losing respect for Shonda Rhimes. It was bad when money got rid of Lexi and Mark, but Meredith and Derek are what this whole show is about and what got people into it. At least Christina got a good ending.
