Rumple is not really cursed, he was weak, he deserted the war to be with his son, and thus became known as a coward, his wife couldn't tolerate it, left him. He didn't fight to get her back. He was then tricked into killing the Dark One and thus becoming the Dark One but he relished in it. He became powerful, he could do anything, and so he made his own choices after that. I wouldn't call that a curse.

The writers were asked in an interview if Lily was Maleficent's daughter and they said that they can't say. Which means yes, she is.

Chill, most Storybrooke inhabitants did do absolutely nothing to Maleficent. I can understand if she's going after Regina, Snow White, Emma and Hook, but for the others I don't see any reason for revenge on her part.
