After Rachel's humiliating failure as TV actress, she comes home to Lima to figure out what she wants to do next. Upon discovering that Sue has banished the arts at McKinley, Rachel takes it upon herself to reinstate and lead the Glee Club. Meanwhile, Blaine, no longer in a relationship with Kurt, has moved home to coach the Warblers while Will is coaching rival Vocal Adrenaline, and Sam is the assistant coach for the McKinley football team.
every season of glee always has this new vibe to me. season 3 had a great happy feeling, season 4 had a very fresh and new feeling, season 5 was a little bit of a downer, but was still okay. well I just have to say I'm loving this new vibe of this season! it's very new, and different from all the other seasons. maybe it's cause it's not focused on a bunch of high schoolers, but is more focused on grown and matured people who are really trying to live out their life. I think this final season of glee will be a great send off to the show.
Not only were they losing budget, I remember reading (I'd have to look up the original article to be sure) that it was supposed to end at season 5 with Rachel and Finn getting married but Cory Monteith's death threw a spanner in the works so they had to figure out another way to end the show. A lot of the cast had only signed until the end of season 5 so apparently it took a lot of negotiation to get them back for a 6th season. Falling viewing figures after the main characters had graduated from McKinley resulting in split story lines also didn't do them any favours.
totally agree. We all know that Glee and American Horror Story almost has the same crewvmembers, but then Glee started losing profit and audience, so they tried to find a way to gain more profit by creating a companion series for American Horror Story, which is American Crime Story, I hope it will be good. AHS just began to be less entertaining.
I think they began losing budget. They reduced the regular number episodes (which is 22) to 13... They removed a lot of cast members and demoted most of them.he Unholy Trinity's performance of "Problems" was great. I'd watch it again.. Sad to see that this is the last season Glee though, Season 1-3 were good, 4-5 meh (the Quarterback episode was just emotional and well put for Cory's character..). I hope this will be a good final season
