WATCH Back Where You Belong Now
Alex returns to the hospital and discovers a lot has changed since he left. Meanwhile, Jo has to make a difficult decision on a case, and Arizona tries to distance herself from Eliza
April is all about power and if you throw her a bone she will go fetch it. I think that this episode shows that Eliza coming in isnt helping any. Also that little boy didn't have to die and in my opinion she killed him. If I were the boy's parents then I would sue the hospital and get rid of her for good. This episode really opened my eyes about how weak and fragile the residents are, they can't handle surgery all by themselves because they freak out and then the attending has to step in.
epner is an opportunist! She's the one who said will support Webber no matter what. She should be reminded that she was fired before, and webber took her back. And when she acted "bad ass", she just being a bully. She now has the power, and she used it like she's entitled to it. Be careful Kepner, you'll give the power back to Grey soon. After all, she did worked for it. She's the one who deserves it.
I really hate this plot, how everyone is against one another! But I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I do think that some of Minnicks teaching method is right. I think the residents do need more practical learning. When Meredith, Alex and all the other original characters were residents I swear they had more learning opportunities than these current residents. Just look at how much good Cristina got out of doing Burke's surgeries when he had a bad hand. Now I'm not saying that they should do it that extreme, but I do agree that the residents need to learn better, because the way it was, it seemed that most of the attendings were being sort of stingy with their surgeries. But anyway that's just my opinion!
I really hope Ellen Pompeo doesn't leave, it kinda does seem like it though :/I think this episode showed the point that the Attendings were trying to make. You don't need to radically change the system to fix it. The experienced surgeons have good judgment, maybe a little overly cautious but in life or death situations, I would prefer my doctor err on the side of caution.

"Loved to see how Webber helped Edwards even not being his job anymore, that should make the Residents aware of how good of a teacher he really is and how Eliza wouldn't (and didn't) do the same. Miss Meredith and Alex." And yes, Eliza is obnoxious and acting like a know it all which is turning off all the attending Dr's. She has not humility, well, maybe she will now! Robbins was amazing today...And Webber saved the day!
Eliza is really obnoxious, if she wasn't so full of her self maybe the Attendings wouldn't even dislike her so much. I love April but she was being an opportunist, she should've known better and support the cause she said she believed, and not change her mund just because it better suited her career, that's when we see the real character of a person. Bailey shouldn't make so hard for Ben, she keeps putting him in the middle ofher shit instead of supporting him by knowing how hard must be for him already. Loved to see how Webber helped Edwards even not being his job anymore, that should make the Residents aware of how good of a teacher he really is and how Eliza wouldn't (and didn't) do the same. Miss Meredith and Alex.
